A babay gift for Jamie

I made this adorable baby book last year for Jamie, when she had James.
It is made from to VERY small canvasses. I painted them blue and then added tags as pages. I decorated each page. Jamie loved it...and even has it on a shelf with actual pictures inside! It's so nice to see your created things actually being used!!

Name Banners

I made these this last Spring.
The "Heidi" banner was using the lacing cards by Cosmo Cricket. "Julie" was using one of the books by Maya Road. I Cut the letters using my Cricut...as well as the flowers. These were a lot of fun to make.

A School Book

I made this little book for Caleb. Having "graduated" to middle school this year, I thought this would be a great little memory book of elementary school. I still need him to do some journaling. I love it!

A fall recipe book

This was fun to make. I used a large TAg die cut (from my LSS) and then put together a cute little recipe book. Inside are pages to store your favorite seasonal recipes.

Look what $0.24 can become....

I found this little "box" at Target. It is a box for a gift card. I thought it was really cute and for a mere $.24 (cents) it was certainly a bargain. I took the form out (where you would put the gift card) and then added some folded cardstock for pages. I added some cute stickers and rub ons.
A little ribbon here and there and viola!

So what else can you find to create something other than it's original intended purpose??

Welcome...

I have finally decided that I really need to have another blog, just for my scrapbooking and such. So without further ado....

Welcome to the pages of my mind, here you will get to see all the things I create...the things that take shape from the pages within my mind!
